All-on-6 Cost in Turkey: What You Pay, and How Many Trips You Take, With and Without Grafting

Medically reviewed byDt. Beyza İlistir, DDS

Quick answer

All-on-6 costs about £4,500–£8,500 per arch in Turkey before grafting, over two trips. If the upper back teeth have lost bone, a sinus lift adds cost and sometimes a third trip. A lateral sinus lift adds roughly £500–£1,000 per side and, when staged, 4–9 months before implants go in. Your CBCT scan decides which scenario you are in.

Key facts - Before any grafting, All-on-6 is about £4,500–£8,500 per arch in Turkey. - What the CBCT shows at the back implant positions decides which of four cost scenarios you are in. - A staged sinus lift turns two trips into three and can stretch treatment past a year. - Grafting can often be avoided with tilted implants or a four-implant design. - Ask for conditional graft prices, per side, before you book flights.

Why does the CBCT scan decide the price?

Six implants need bone at the premolar and first molar positions, which is where bone is most often lost. Only a 3D CBCT scan shows how much is left, so a quote written from photographs prices the simplest case. Our guide to reading the CBCT findings in your implant plan explains the measurements, and the All-on-6 guide gives the thresholds for the back of the jaw.

What does All-on-6 cost in each scenario?

The table shows the four situations a CBCT usually points to, for one upper arch. Lower-arch cases follow the first row unless the ridge is too narrow, when a block graft may be needed.

Scenario What the CBCT shows Added cost per arch Trips Time from first trip to final teeth
No grafting Enough bone at the back None: £4,500–£8,500 2 About 3–6 months
Crestal sinus lift with the implants About 5–8 mm of bone under the sinus Conditional; ask for the price in writing 2 About 4–6 months; longer first stay
Lateral sinus lift, same day as implants Less bone, but enough to hold the implant About £500–£1,000 per side 2 Often longer than standard; ask
Lateral sinus lift, staged Too little bone to hold an implant yet About £500–£1,000 per side 3 About 7–15 months

The staged scenario changes the trip more than the price. You fly once for the graft, again 4–9 months later for the implants, and a third time 3–6 months after that for the final bridge.

What does a staged graft do to your calendar?

Stage When Typical stay in Turkey
Trip 1: sinus lift or block graft Month 0 About 7–10 days, to allow safe flying
Trip 2: six implants and a temporary bridge Month 4–9 About 6–8 days
Trip 3: final bridge 3–6 months after trip 2 About 5–8 days

Add a third set of flights and accommodation to your budget. Our All-on-4 package price breakdown shows how to lay out travel costs line by line; the same method works here with an extra trip.

Can you fly straight after a sinus lift?

Usually not. Cabin pressure changes can disturb a freshly lifted sinus membrane. Many surgeons advise waiting 7–10 days before flying, and avoiding blowing your nose or sneezing with your mouth closed. Book the first trip with that in mind, and ask your surgeon for their own rule before you buy flights. Our guide to flying after dental treatment sets out typical waiting times procedure by procedure. For the wider question of how long each trip takes, see how long to stay in Turkey for All-on-4.

Is there a way to avoid grafting?

Often, yes. Ask about these before agreeing to a graft:

  • A tilted layout. The back implants are placed at the second premolar and angled to avoid the sinus. This hybrid design can remove the need for a lift.
  • All-on-4. Four implants with the back two tilted are designed for limited back bone. You give up some redundancy, but skip the graft.
  • Zygomatic implants. For severe upper-jaw bone loss, anchoring in the cheekbone avoids grafting altogether, at a higher price.

If six implants would only be possible with extensive grafting, a well-planned four-implant design is often the better choice. Our comparison of All-on-4 and All-on-6 over ten years shows where the long-term costs really come from.

What should an All-on-6 quote state?

  1. Whether a CBCT has been reviewed, and what it showed at each implant site.
  2. Conditional prices for crestal and lateral sinus lifts, per side.
  3. Whether grafting would be staged, and how many trips that means.
  4. The implant system and its certification, in writing. See endosteal implants.
  5. The final bridge design: titanium framework or zirconia on titanium bases.
  6. Whether the second (and third) trip's clinical fees are included.
