The permanent hair at the back and sides of your head is a finite resource. A realistic plan protects it for future sessions instead of harvesting the maximum possible in one trip. If a quote promises a graft number before anyone has looked at your donor density, treat that number as marketing.
In many Turkish clinics trained technicians carry out extraction and implantation while the surgeon plans the design and supervises. That is normal practice locally — the question to ask is which steps the surgeon performs personally, and to get the answer in writing.
Large sessions of several thousand grafts run for most of a day, sometimes split across two days. Ask how long your operation is scheduled for and how many patients the team handles that day.

It depends on the area being covered and your donor density, so it can only be answered from photographs or an in-person assessment. As a rough frame, a receding hairline is usually planned in the low thousands of grafts, while front-to-crown coverage often needs more than one session.
Transplanted hairs shed within the first weeks, regrowth starts around months three to four, and the result is normally judged at month twelve. Density keeps improving up to around month eighteen.
Combining a hair transplant with dental work in one trip is common, but it adds anaesthetic, medication and healing considerations. Both clinics need to know the full plan; ask each one to confirm in writing before you commit.
